1200 Gallon Semi-Industrial Water Purification Device
The RO Vista 2600 semi-industrial water purification system from Berloni has the capacity to purify 1200 gallons, equivalent to 4500 liters, of water every day. This device is an excellent choice for factories, workshops, hospitals, restaurants, car washes, and other locations that require daily water purification at this volume.
Water purification in the 1200-gallon semi-industrial device from Berloni is performed using reverse osmosis. In this method, the water is purified from 99% of all pollutants, removing unpleasant colors, odors, tastes, suspended particles, and excess chlorine.
The components used in this product are made in Taiwan, and global standards have been fully adhered to in the manufacturing and assembly of this product. All Berloni products, including this one, come with a one-year warranty from Vista Sanat and ten years of after-sales service.

Pump of the 1200-Gallon Semi-Industrial Water Purification System
The main function of the pump in a water purification system is to create the necessary water pressure in the membrane filter. Therefore, using a low-quality pump in the system can result in suboptimal performance of the membrane.
In Berloni’s semi-industrial water purification systems, industrial pumps are used instead of conventional diaphragm pumps. These pumps offer significantly higher efficiency compared to diaphragm pumps. Unlike diaphragm pumps, industrial pumps do not require an adapter. Adapters can fail due to electrical fluctuations, thus increasing the maintenance and repair costs of the pump.

Connections and Pipes Used in the System
In the Berloni 1200-gallon water purification system, as well as in other products from this factory, UPVC pipes and fittings are utilized. Compared to white PP pipes, UPVC pipes have a significantly longer lifespan and are more resistant to corrosion, chlorine, and abrasion. Since UPVC pipes do not allow light and oxygen to pass through, there is absolutely no possibility of fungal or algae growth in the connections. Moreover, because they are resistant to heat, corrosion, and chemicals, they do not flake after prolonged use. In contrast, this may occur with PP plastic pipes after several years of use. It is important to note that debris resulting from corrosion may reduce the effective lifespan of the membrane by moving toward it.
The useful lifespan of UPVC pipes is sixty years, while the useful lifespan of PP pipes is fifteen years.
Material of the Chassis and Housing of the Device
All components of the Berloni 1200-gallon water purification system are housed in a metal box made of iron with a sheet thickness of 1.5 mm. This box is galvanized and coated, providing resistance to moisture, rot, and impact. In many similar products available in the market, components are only placed on a composite sheet, and there is no protective box. To facilitate mobility, the device’s box is equipped with wheels and a base.
Tank of the Semi-Industrial 1200-Gallon Water Purification System
After purification, the water will be stored in a tank that is connected to a withdrawal valve. The tank can be one of the following two types based on customer request:
- Antibacterial pressure tank available in three sizes: 35, 65, and 85 liters.
- Three-layer polyethylene tank with a capacity of 200 liters.
The tanks used in semi-industrial products are manufactured by Tank Pack, Taiwan, and have NSF certification from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Membranes and Prefilters in the 1200-Gallon Semi-Industrial Berloni System
In this section, you will find complete information about all pre-filters and purification filters in this product.
This device uses three membranes, each with a purification capacity of 400 gallons, totaling 1200 gallons of water per day.
Please note that if water consumption exceeds this amount in a day, a device with a higher capacity should be considered; neglecting this issue may reduce the effective lifespan of both the membrane and the device. The membrane is made of semi-permeable polyamide material, and by allowing water to pass through this filter, over 98% of contaminants are removed, significantly reducing water hardness.
Removing certain contaminants during pre-filtering and the filters before the membrane will extend the membrane’s lifespan. The membrane is the primary filter in a water purification system.
Solenoid Valve for 1200 Gallons
The solenoid valve is used to control the flow of incoming water to semi-industrial water purification systems. If the solenoid valve does not function correctly, water may enter the sewage system, leading to leaks and water wastage, as well as damaging the membrane filter. It is recommended to use a solenoid valve for water with very high hardness levels to prevent damage.
Electrical Panel for 1200 Gallons
An electrical panel is used to control and ensure the safety of various components in the water purification system. The electrical panels installed in Berloni’s semi-industrial water purification systems use a miniature fuse and a grade one contactor switch.
TDS Meter for 1200 Gallons
In the Berloni water purification system, a digital TDS meter (hardness meter) is used to display water hardness. Users can monitor the quality and hardness of the water at any moment using this meter.
