400-Gallon Semi-Industrial Water Purification System
The Bernoulli RO VISTA 400 Semi-Industrial Water Purification System has the capability to produce purified water at a rate of 1,500 liters per day. This device is suitable for workshops, factories, restaurants, or any active food industry facilities, hospitals, and other places that require a large volume of clean and sediment-free water.
In this product, water is purified using the reverse osmosis (RO) method, which effectively removes up to 99% of impurities present in the water.
Original Taiwanese components are used in the construction of this product.
✔ 1 year warranty from Vista Sanat Company ✔ 10 years of after-sales service.
Components used in the Bernoulli RO VISTA 400 Semi-Industrial Water Purification System:

Pipes and fittings
The useful lifespan of UPVC pipes is approximately 60 years, while PP pipes last up to 15 years.
Chassis and Body of the Device
The body of the semi-industrial 400-gallon water purification device is made of iron with a sheet thickness of 1.5 mm. The body is galvanized and moisture-resistant, with all components housed in a metal box. Additionally, the device is equipped with wheels and a base for easy mobility.

Pump for the Semi-Industrial 400 Gallon Water Purification System
The pump is one of the essential components of a semi-industrial water purification system, including the 400-gallon model. Inefficiency or poor performance of the pump can lead to damage to the device’s membrane filter. Many 400-gallon semi-industrial water purification systems use 36-volt diaphragm pumps, which do not provide optimal efficiency.
At Bernoulli, to enhance the quality and performance of semi-industrial water purification systems, we utilize an industrial pump. Unlike diaphragm pumps, the industrial pump does not require an adapter and has a longer lifespan.
Using a 220-volt, one-horsepower industrial pump without the need for an adapter in the 400–gallon semi-industrial system significantly increases the system’s efficiency.
Electric Valve
The electric valve is used to control the flow of incoming water to semi-industrial water purification systems. The type of electric valve varies based on the size and diameter of the pump’s inlet and outlet, the flow rate of incoming water, and the dimensions of the purification system. If the electric valve does not function properly, water may flow into the wastewater system, which not only wastes water but can also damage the membrane filter.
For the Bernoulli 400-gallon semi-industrial water purification system, it is recommended to use an electric valve for water with very high hardness levels to prevent damage.
Control Panel
The Bernoulli 400-gallon semi-industrial water purification system is equipped with a control panel. This panel is used for monitoring and ensuring the safety of various components of the system. The control panel includes a miniature fuse and a first-grade contactor switch.
TDS Meter
The digital TDS meter (hardness meter) is used to display the hardness of water. Users can monitor the quality and hardness of the water at any moment using this device.
Filters of the Bernoulli 400-Gallon Semi-Industrial Water Purification System
The table below displays the filters available in the Bernoulli 400-gallon water purification system. The first and second pre-filters are installed during the manufacturing process based on the water quality of the area and customer specifications.
The membrane is the main filter of the system. After the removal of sediment and contaminants by the preceding filters, the membrane filter significantly reduces the hardness (TDS) of the water. At this stage, over 98% of the existing pollutants are eliminated.
This semi-industrial water purification system utilizes one membrane filter with a capacity of 400 gallons.
Timely replacement of the filters is essential to enhance the longevity and efficiency of the system.
