Semi-Industrial Water Purification System – 1600 Gallons
The Berloni semi-industrial water purification device, model RO Vista 2600, has the capacity to purify water up to 6000 liters per day.
In this device, the purification process is performed using reverse osmosis. This method removes 99% of impurities present in the water. It eliminates unpleasant colors, tastes, and odors, as well as excess chlorine, hardness, and suspended particles.
This device comes with a one-year warranty from Vista San’at, along with ten years of after-sales service. All components in this product are original.

Components Used in the Berloni Semi-Industrial 1600 Gallon Water Purification Device
Connections and Pipes Used in the Device
In water purification devices, white polypropylene pipes, commonly referred to as PP pipes, are predominantly used. It is important to note that these pipes do not have adequate resistance to chlorine, corrosion, and chemicals. The movement of sediment resulting from corrosion in these types of pipes can also damage the membrane.
In Berloni semi-industrial water purification devices, UPVC pipes are used instead of PP pipes in the device’s connections. UPVC pipes do not corrode and are resistant to chlorine and chemicals. Furthermore, they have a significantly longer lifespan compared to PP pipes. Additionally, these types of pipes do not allow sunlight and oxygen to pass through, preventing the growth of algae and fungi inside the pipes over time.

All connections in the Berloni semi-industrial 1600-gallon water purification device are made from high-quality industrial UPVC pipes from the Turkish brand Peymtash.
Device Housing and Chassis
All components of the semi-industrial 1600-gallon water purification device are housed in a metal box made of iron with a sheet thickness of 1.5 mm. This box is galvanized and resistant to moisture and corrosion. Additionally, for ease of mobility, the box is equipped with wheels and a base.
Pump in the Semi-Industrial 1600-Gallon Water Purification Device
In the Berloni 1600-gallon water purification devices, industrial pumps are used instead of diaphragm pumps. Industrial pumps have a longer lifespan and better performance compared to diaphragm pumps.
The output flow rate from the industrial pump is 33 liters per minute, while this amount for diaphragm pumps is only 3.5 liters per minute.
Moreover, the need for diaphragm pumps to have an armature and adapter increases the maintenance and repair costs of these types of pumps. In contrast, industrial pumps do not require components like armatures and adapters.

Storage Tank of the Berloni 1600-Gallon Water Purification Device
Due to the slow process of water purification through reverse osmosis, the purified water is stored in a storage tank. The tanks used in Berloni water purification devices are available in two models:
- Antibacterial Pressurized Tank: Available in three capacities: 35, 65, and 85 liters.
- Three-Layer Polyethylene Tank: With a capacity of 200 liters.
It is worth mentioning that these tanks are manufactured by Tank Pack in Taiwan and have NSF certification from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Depending on customer requests and needs, either of these two tank models with the specified capacities can be installed in the device.
Membrane and Pre-Filters in the 1600-Gallon Semi-Industrial Water Purification Device
The Berloni 1600-gallon device utilizes four membranes with a purification capacity of 400 gallons each, totaling 1600 gallons. The membrane filter is the main filter in reverse osmosis water purification devices. The useful lifespan of the membrane is approximately one year.
Timely replacement of the filters will ensure the purified water quality remains optimal.
