The pipes and connections used in the 800-gallon Berloni water purification device are made entirely of UPVC. The pipe size is one inch and manufactured by the Turkish company Paimtash. UPVC is resistant to corrosion, light, chemicals, and chlorine in water, as well as wear. These pipes do not allow light and oxygen to pass through, acting as a barrier to the growth of fungi and algae within the pipes. Sometimes, white PP pipes are used in semi-industrial water purification devices. It is important to note that PP plastic pipes have a significantly shorter lifespan compared to UPVC and do not have adequate resistance against corrosion and wear.     Storage of the 800-Gallon Semi-Industrial Water Purification Device<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    In general, semi-industrial water purification devices use two types of storage tanks. The tanks may either be antibacterial pressure tanks or made of polyethylene. At Berloni, we can use either of these two types of tanks in the device based on customer requests.<\/p>\n

    Berloni antibacterial tanks are available in three sizes: 35, 65, and 85 liters. However, if a larger capacity tank is required, the use of a 200-liter polyethylene tank from Berloni is recommended.<\/p>\n

    All Berloni tanks are manufactured by Tank Pack in Taiwan and have NSF certification from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.<\/strong><\/p>\n
